An additional deposit in the form of a personal check to bring the total deposit to equal 10% of the Total Contract Price must be made on the Day of Auction. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE.

    REAL ESTATE CLOSING:
    Balance of the purchase price is due at closing which shall be on or before 45 days following the Auction.

    A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid and included in the contract price. The property will be sold in “AS-IS” condition.     Directions:
    From Dallas take I-635 south to US Hwy 80 east toward Terrell, (be careful just on the east side of Forney, TX because US 80 branches off to the right, if you go straight you end up on I-20 east), continue on US 80 through Terrell, Wills Point, to Edgewood. Just as you enter Edgewood take FM 1504 south, continue to VZ CR 3213 east to VZ 3212 south to the property on the left. Road signs are scarce and hard to find and there are some sharp turns making it easy to miss them. The roads on VZ CRs are very rough. Directional signs are up.
